maid service quality cleaning, we need your feedback. All
comments are confidential and are personally read and addressed.
Clean and Simple Cleaning, Inc. is making efforts to
be environmentally aware and eliminating paper surveys.
We would appreciate it if you would continue to give your
feedback by filling out our customer satisfaction survey
below. All participants who fill out the survey will go
into a drawing. Every month we will give out 4 certificates
for great local restaurants & businesses. We are counting
on your cooperation on this change since bonuses, raises,
and the overall quality and positive changes to our service
comes from our valued customer. For employees whose surveys
were completed, they were put in a drawing and received
