Customized cleaning services that are available weekly, every other week, 3 week rotations or monthly service. Each home is custom bid to meet the customers needs with a guarantee on the quality of work performed.

Other Room (Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Bonus Room, Den, Basement, Bedrooms) services include:

• Dust and Vacuum all living spaces
• Dust window sills and ledges, picture frames and knickknacks
• Check for cobwebs
• Dust reachable light fixtures and furniture
• Vacuum stairways and entry floors vacuum and or washed
• Vacuum furniture (optional)

Customers using our regular home maintenance program will occasionally schedule an extra project cleaning or special projects. In addition to regular home maintenance we would spend additional time doing projects that are not always included in the weekly maintenance programs such as:

• Cleaning baseboards
• Electrical outlets/light fixtures
• Moving bigger furniture, clean under and around
• Wash & Oil wood work
• Clean inside of refrigerator
• Clean ovens

This service is a modified "Deep Clean" job. The customer specifies projects or cleaning to help them prepare for:

• weddings
• parties
• guests, etc...

Move-In or Move-Out Cleaning | top of page |

These cleanings vary dramatically based on how the homeowners have maintained a home. Our basic move-in or move-out cleaning will include some or all of the following:

Full clean of bathrooms includes tub, shower, sinks, toilest, floors, mirrors, light fixures, baseboards, inside & out of cabinets and cupboards.

Full clean of kitchen includes inside and out of cabinets (washed and oiled), inside and out of all appliances including oven and refrigerator, countertops, sink and floor.

Full clean of other rooms includes vacuum and duust window sills and remaining carpeted areas and wash all floors.

Customer may modify cleaning based on budget and time frame.

Most clients contract for weekly or bi-weekly service. We also offer 3 and 4 week rotation service, as well as "call only when needed" service.
