• Provide a professional cleaning service that is licensed and insured.
  • Provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuums.
  • Guarantee no smoking in your home or use of any food items.
  • Provide trained cleaning person(s) on the date specified.

Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are happy. If the quality of work performed and paid for, is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation.

If your cleaning falls on a holiday, call early for a reschedule. Please remember as we reschedule, time constraints will be difficult to work around, so keep those days as open as possible.


If you find it necessary to be away during a scheduled cleaning, please notify the office to either reschedule your cleaning or provide alternative access for the cleaners. Your cooperation and assistnace is greatly appreciated. Remember, lock out charges are $28.00

To avoid being charged this fee, make sure we know how to enter your home or provide the service with a key.


Our employees are insured to protect against any loss or breakage that may occur while we clean your home.

All employment taxes are paid and all employees are covered under workman's compensation if one of our employees are hurt on the job.


We require 48 hours notice for reschedule or cancellations. There will be a $28.00 charge for no notice cancellations and lockouts. If you are sick and its your cleaning day, please call our office by 7:30 am. We will do our best to reschedule your cleaning that same week. Please do not have us clean if your family is home with the flu. Remember you are home because your are contagious! Thank you.

  • Make your home accessible. A key that is accessible to the cleaning person(s) is usually the best method. A fee will be charged if we are unable to access your home. (See Cancellation procedures.)

  • Turn off alarm system. If you choose to leave the alarm on and have the service disarm, we will not be be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of he alarm system.

  • Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned to avoid additional charges.

  • Have your valuables put away to avoid accidents. Limited liability protection for valuable antiques or non-replacable items.

  • Customer has 30 days to request or report damaged or broken items for replacement or repair. After 30 days customer assumes liaibility.

  • Let us know how we are doing. Complete the Customer Service Evaluation that is left at the time of service, or submit your comments online.
