• Payment is due at time of service in the form of cash, check or Visa/Mastercard.

  • Payment is due in full on the day of cleaning unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Late charges of 1.5% per month (minimum of $2.00) will be applied to all balances 30 days and over.

  • A service charge of $20.00 will be added to all NSF and returned checks.
  • Please make all checks payale to Clean and Simple cleaning, Inc.

  • If a check is not left at the time of service, your credit card will be charged unless other arrangements have been made.
